We provide a diverse and supportive environment for women of all skill levels to improve physical fitness, build functional strength and learn fight disciplines. Our ultimate goal is aimed toward building stamina, strength and self-confidence for women to feel more empowered walking about in the world today.
Training is focused on building stamina by increasing cardiovascular health and being able to maintain consistent effort over time. We combine HIIT, Speed/Agility and Resistance exercises for this part of the program.
Training is focused on building lean muscle so you can learn to handle your own bodyweight efficiently. We combine HIIT, Kettlebell and Resistance exercises for this part of the program.
Everyone's favorite aspect of training that is focused on learning proper fight discipline skills and technique while stimulating your mind to get the most out of your workout. We combine Mitt Work, Pad Work and other methods of training for this part of the program.
The first step is the most challenging, so great job already. Together we will get you where you want to be!
